9 Ways To Get Bikini Ready In 24 Hours

It’s finally that time…

Well, somewhere in the world it is…

Time to get on your new bikini and head to the beach with your friends.

Whether you’ve been waiting to hit the beach on the weekend or you’ve been waiting 8 months for some warm weather to make its way around, bikini season is a big deal.

But sometimes you just need that extra boost to look and feel bikini ready before you get out for some fun in the sun.

Let’s face it, when it comes to a day at the beach, you tend to enjoy yourself more when you feel good about how your body looks in your bikini.

I do, too!

That’s why I’ve written this article for you!

Here are 9 ways to get bikini ready in 24 hours.

1) Stop with the salt

Sodium is sneaky...

It tends to fly under the radar everywhere.

Even when you make a healthy choice and order some vegetables and chicken at a local restaurant, you can expect that for taste’s sake, the chefs loaded your food with salt.

The problem with salt is that it causes bloating, and no one feels good when they’re bloated.

Don’t get me wrong. Bloating isn’t something to be ashamed of. It happens to all of us. But for your day at the beach, you can beat the bloat by staying away from salt.

2) Cut out carbs

Speaking from experience, cutting out carbs for 24-hours isn’t only possible, but it’s simple, too.

Carbohydrates are a major cause of bloating. They’re also typically packed with salt, which, as I mentioned above, is a double whammy.

The carbs I’m mostly addressing here are those that come from bread, sugar, and really anything processed or coined a “junk food.”

However, there are some options you can lightly enjoy before your day at the beach like a serving of unsalted beans, a piece of fruit, or a sweet potato.

These foods contain fiber, which will keep your cravings in check.

3) Drink up (water that is)

Despite what you may think, drinking lots of water won’t cause you to retain water and look bloated.

Actually, it’s quite the opposite...

Water retention occurs during the initial stages of dehydration because your body is trying to, well, retain water in order to function properly.

Also when you’re dehydrated, your liver also holds onto fat that it could instead burn if you were drinking enough water.

In other words, if you don’t stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, you’ll start to see the effects in your stomach.

So in order to prepare for your day at the beach, drink plenty of water the day before and keep a water bottle with you while you show off your bikini.

4) Gym first

I’m not recommending a 3-hour gym session here…

I would never recommend that, actually.

But you do want to be active in order to get your metabolism working at its best and burn fat throughout the day as a result.

A good workout will also increase your energy levels so that you can best enjoy the surf and sand, and hey, everyone loves a girl with a healthy helping of energy.

5) Eat raw foods

In my opinion, eating raw foods is the best way to eat to be at your bikini best in 24-hours.

Raw fruits and vegetables are full of fiber, which are great for helping you detox, flatten your stomach and keep the cravings away.

In general, eating mostly raw foods is a good rule of thumb, but keep in mind that this isn’t a crash-diet.

It’s simply filling yourself with foods that have plenty of vitamins and nutrients and fiber so that you’ll stay hydrated, your skin will glow, your cravings will subside and your body will look its best in that new bikini.

6) Try Arnica

Arnica is a plant-based supplement that can help you slim down in subtle ways.

It’s nature's ibuprofen, which acts as an effective anti-inflammatory.

There are many causes of inflammation in your body, ranging from sugar to injury, but arnica stimulates the body’s healing process so that inflammation doesn’t last and isn’t prevalent.

You can also use arnica topically to reduce the size of bruises or bumps just to tighten up those little spots on your legs or arms that you’re going to show off.

7) Take a probiotic

Probiotics help to clean out your stomach and in doing so prevents excessive gas or bloating.

They’ll also help to keep your digestive system running smoothly, protecting you from constipation that will affect both the way your stomach looks and feels.

Basically, a good probiotic supplement will clean out your gut so that you won’t have a “gut” on the beach.

This is the only probiotic we recommend. It works fast and is packed with scientific research.

8) Sleep well the night before

Good sleep keeps your body functioning at its highest level, both internally and externally.

The night before you head to the beach you’ll want to get at least 8 hours of sleep to ensure that your body has the energy it needs to run smoothly, and ultimately so that you can enjoy fun under the sun to the fullest capacity.

Good sleep helps everything from your skin, to your immune system, to your metabolism (and so much more) work at it’s best, which will cause you to look and feel your best.

It’s an undisputed fact...

Get sleep before your day at the beach.

9) Stand up straight

Your posture says a lot about you.

In fact, you can even control the way you look and feel by your posture.

When you stand up straight you exude confidence, and also send positive messages to your brain. It’s essentially a physiological steroid.

Also, when you stand up straight, you look skinnier!

Also, when you stand up straight you engage your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles, which make them look more defined than if they were relaxed.

Try to get and stay in the habit of standing up straight and you’ll notice and feel the difference in your bikini-ready body!

Well, aren’t you excited to get to the beach and show off your bikini now?

I know I am!

When you look good you feel good. And when you feel good you look good.

These 9 ways to get bikini ready in 24 hours are the extra boost you need to look and feel great this beach season.

Love the way you look.

Enjoy some fun in the sun.

And have the best bikini season of your life!
