Without further introduction, here are 3 weird abs training moves that’ll take your abs to Olympic levels.

1. Hollow Hold

Start this movement with your butt on the floor and your legs straight out in front of you. Then, lean backwards onto your tailbone/lower back and slightly and lift your legs off of the floor. As you perform this movement, lift your arms at your side so that they parallel to the floor, with your palms facing upward. Hold this position between 30-60 seconds.

2. Tuck Hold

Start this movement with your butt on the floor, your knees close to your chest, and your feet flat on the floor. Then, lean backwards onto your tailbone/lower back and slightly lift your feet off of the floor. Make sure to keep your knees and feet together throughout the movement. As you perform this movement, lift your arms at your side so that they are parallel to the floor, with your palms facing upward. Hold this position between 30-60 seconds.

3. Olympic Plank

Start this movement in a plank position, but instead of resting on your forearms, you want to rest on your hands. The rest is simple. Squeeze your abdominals while remaining in this plank position. Hold this position for 30-60 seconds.

Simple but challenging moves, right?

These 3 weird abs training moves can take you from an average belly to an Olympic belly.
